During my stay, the front desk staff showed a complete lack of concern when I complained about the filthy room. The air conditioning was not only noisy, but it was impossible to get any sleep with all the racket. Additionally, the hotel had no elevator, making my experience even worse as I struggled to haul my luggage up the stairs.
